About us

Double Cake was established in 2011 initially as a home business dedicated mainly to the creation & confection of cakes. Eventually the small home kitchen was no match for the amount of mixing bowls, spatulas and cake pans. That's when Double Cake: Baking Studio was born. A logical evolution of the original concept that would not only serve as a larger space to keep the cake orders going but would apply the same innovative and artistic spirit to a wide range of desserts that would all be made with a scratch philosophy.
